By accessing or using the PitchOS iOS application and pitchospro.com (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the Service.
PitchOS is an AI-native sales meeting preparation tool. It allows users to configure Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and sales methodologies, generating insights, questions, and summaries based on those inputs to aid in professional sales workflows.
Outputs are assistance tools, not guarantees. The intelligent insights produced by PitchOS utilise third-party language models (like Anthropic's Claude API). These outputs are intended to assist you, not replace professional judgement. The user is entirely responsible for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of any generated content before utilising it in any professional or personal context.
To use the core features of PitchOS, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are liable for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.
PitchOS offers free and paid subscription tiers. All payments, billing cycles, upgrades, and cancellations are handled exclusively by Apple via your Apple ID account and the App Store. Refund requests must be routed directly to Apple, as PitchOS does not process transactions directly and cannot issue refunds on App Store purchases.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Your Data: You retain ownership of all the inputs, customer lists, and configuration data you provide to PitchOS.
Our Platform: PitchOS owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform itself, including its branding, design, functionality, and the underlying structure of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PitchOS and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, the AI outputs provided, or the loss of any deal, revenue, or business opportunity. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in activities that may harm PitchOS, its users, or third-party service providers like Anthropic.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any legal disputes or civil claims arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
