How does the AI work?

PitchOS uses the Claude API configured with your specific ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and methodology to generate context-aware briefs, questions, and objection handling. Your inputs help refine the accuracy, saving you hours of prep time.

Is my sales data stored on your servers?

Your ICP configuration and all AI-generated outputs are stored locally on your iPhone using SwiftData. Nothing is uploaded to external servers — your competitive intel stays on your device.

Which iPhone and iOS version do I need?

PitchOS requires iOS 17 or later on any iPhone. An internet connection is needed to generate AI outputs; your saved ICP configurations and past outputs are available offline.

How does the Free tier work?

50 AI generations per month across all five tools — enough to fully evaluate the app before committing. No credit card is required and the free tier never expires.

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are handled securely through the Apple App Store. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your PitchOS subscription directly in your iOS Settings app under Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Can I switch my sales methodology after setup?

Yes. Change your active methodology at any time in Settings. Every future generation immediately adapts to the new framework without any re-configuration.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your PitchOS account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Navigate to the Settings screen and tap "Delete Account". This action is permanent and will remove your data from our servers within 30 days.
